Also known as canopy doors
Garage doors can be broadly classified into two types - canopy doors and retractable doors. Canopy doors are made from a single panel and have a top spring mechanism that lifts the door panel. As the door opens, it lays flat above the head height with one-third of the door sticking out, hence the name canopy.
Retractable garage doors, on the other hand, open on horizontal tracks that go back into the garage. This type of door has been specifically designed for use with an electric operator.

The Garador guardian range is secured by design
These doors have been designed to meet the high standards set by the Association of Chief Police Officers, ensuring that they are highly secure and can withstand a break-in attempt by a burglar. The doors feature eight braces, providing extra strength and durability as compared to the typical two braces found on the rear of the door. Additionally, the base of the door is reinforced with additional steel poles to protect the bottom locking points. The locking systems have been upgraded with anti-snap cylinders and steel plates to protect the lock body, making it even more secure.
These doors are available in seven standard colors and can be fitted with either a canopy or retractable gearing. Typically, these doors are recommended for customers who have high-value goods or sports cars.
